Rates & Availability – Formula 1 Weekend
Formula 1 weekend is one of the busiest transportation weekends in Texas. To provide reliable, dedicated service, we operate on an event-specific pricing structure designed for groups who want consistency and control over their schedule.

Availability
Limited availability. Formula 1 weekend books early and is first-come, first-served.
Rate
$205 per hour
8-hour minimum per day
3-day minimum booking (Friday–Sunday)
Rate includes vehicle, driver, and standard operating fees
Important Notes
- All hours must be consecutive each day
- Additional hours may be available upon request
- Pickup time changes must be requested the day prior
- A deposit is required to reserve Formula 1 weekend dates
Parking & Drop-Off
If you have a COTA parking pass (Lot A, VIP, or Suite), let us know during booking.
If not, we will coordinate the most efficient approved drop-off and pickup locations available during the event.
Cancellation Policy
Due to limited availability and high demand, Formula 1 weekend reservations have stricter cancellation terms. Full cancellation details will be provided at booking.
